Frequently asked questions
Can a foreign court judgment be enforced in India?
Judgments of courts in reciprocating territories (such as the UK, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong) can be executed directly under Section 44A of the CPC. Judgments from other countries require a fresh suit in India on the basis of the foreign judgment.
Do you assist Indian workers with claims against Gulf employers or insurers?
Yes. The firm has acted in insurance and social insurance claims for Indian nationals against parties in Saudi Arabia, working with local counsel where required.
